The secWatch CCTV Trailer uses solar power so it is quick to deploy and monitoring can start before you have power onsite. The pole mounted Mobile Camera Units can be solar powered or connected to mains power. Both options are available for hire: supplied, fitted, and decommissioned at the end of your build.

Our team of Virtual Guards monitor CCTV footage of clients' sites remotely from our Security Operations Centre in Parramatta. CCTV units have traps with built in alarm detectors and voice down speakers. This combines intruder detection with CCTV and a public address system.

Virtual Guards respond to alarm incidents, 24/7. They look at CCTV cameras on-site. If there is a crime in progress, they issue an audio challenge to warn the intruder they have been seen, and the police have been called. This stops crime from proceeding.

Benefits of using secWatch high definition CCTV

Create videos using CCTV footage

Using the time lapse functions on the cameras, the client can show how the building literally came out of the ground by combining regular images into a video at the end of the project. The images can also be sent to the client or builder's website automatically and displayed to show the progress.

CCTV helps minimise liability

Analyse what happened in a work health and safety injury claim with recorded CCTV footage. If people enter the site after hours and want to climb onto the equipment including the cranes, we can detect them and warn them off the site before they hurt themselves and cause damage.

Outdoor detectors protect construction sites at night

High quality outdoor detectors can sense movement in the dead of night. Based on the alarm being triggered, the CCTV system can be viewed and from our Security Operations Centre we can control the lights and call police to let them know there is a crime taking place.

Verify after hours deliveries

By positioning cameras to cover delivery points you can verify after-hours material delivery. In the event of the materials being stolen you will have video evidence to find the thief and prosecute if applicable.

Wireless locks on the site shed

Restrict access to a site shed based on time of day, day of week, or whether the alarm is disarmed prior to junior staff getting access to the shed, with wireless locks which save you having to cable.

Better project management

Project managers can use the CCTV system from the office to see where the project is up to. They can co-ordinate materials and trades based on progress. By enabling the customer, architect, engineers and other trades to view the CCTV footage, the progress of the project is visible to all, which makes planning easier.

Competency based access control

Where workers require licences to work, the date of expiry can be monitored, and if their licence is not valid then they will not get through the gate until it is updated.

Onsite help points

As part of the integrated alarm and access control system, distressed workers can push a help point and the system can generate an email alerting first aid, set off a siren and strobe, and call back to the Security Operations Centre for offsite assistance.
